If you'd like to book a trip with us you go to "our packages" and you can choose the trip that you are interested in -  you complete the form, keep the IP number and if you'd like, print your booking page. You have to write in the comment box which date you prefer so that we can check the availiability.
    If you'd like to pay by cash, our bank account details will be sent upon your booking form request mail. If you'd like to pay with a card, go to the banner "winbank easypay" on the right side of the page, which is a link to our account at "Pireaus bank" and follow the instructions.

Notice: A 20% deposit is required in order to confirm your booking. Payment of the remaining balance should be made prior to the trip departure.

Availiability and cancellation policy: You can book a trip up until the last minute, as long as there are spaces available but with one exception - if the timing is really short and we aren't able to find the time to organize other aspects of the trip for you (hotel,food,etc).
   In case of cancellation 20 days or less prior to departure the full amount of the deposit will be retained. More than 20 days and the whole amount of the deposit can be refunded.

When cancellations occur on our part, the whole amount will be returned.
In situations where we have unfavorable weather conditions, there are options of different activities such as hiking, biking, sea kayaking, depending on what can be done still. We feel it necessary to try evaluating the weather situation and to then decide on the best choice accordingly. In a worst case scenario,  any changes made to the program, that in turn drastically reduce the standards of the program (compared to the original plan), we will modify the price accordingly.
